Hi, I’m Claus Siebeneicher – a traveler, photographer, and founder of Photoresk. For me, photography isn’t just about capturing what I see — it’s about telling stories, sharing perspectives, and creating spaces where others can do the same. Whether it’s a quiet moment of light in the mountains or the vibrant energy of a street scene, I believe every image holds the potential to connect people across distances and backgrounds. Photoresk grew out of this belief. It’s a community for photographers of all levels — from beginners with a phone camera to seasoned pros with heavy gear bags. What unites us is curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn from one another. We meet online and in person, go out shooting, share our work, and sometimes even challenge each other to try something new. My own journey includes years of exploring Europe behind the lens, technical consulting in high-stakes environments, and most recently, helping build tools that make creative expression easier and more meaningful — with or without AI. Through Photoresk, I want to make sure that everyone who loves photography has a place to grow, share, and belong. You’ll often find me with a camera in one hand and a coffee in the other — planning the next Photo Talk, fine-tuning a script, or just enjoying the colors of a good sunset.
